Why we're building Lungisa.

“How many capable people never get an opportunity simply because they lack the right CV, qualifications or network?”

That question sits behind everything we build. Lungisa's founder, Neil Choudhary, has spent nearly two decades helping organisations solve hard problems through product and service design, and years supporting entrepreneurs and mission-driven organisations across Africa. His connection to Cape Town began in the late 1990s and has deepened with every return.

Lungisa exists to test a different approach: one that helps employers recognise reliability, communication and commitment directly, rather than relying on credentials alone.
